Park Place Curtis Lang Custom Homes Corporate Headquarters - Maple Valley, WA
This site-cast concrete tilt-up wall panel building was constructed specifically for the Curtis Lang Custom Homes Corporate Headquarters. The facility consists of two office floors totaling 5,500 square feet and warehouse area of 12,000 square feet. The site includes adequate parking for additional office building-out in the space not used by CLCH. Each bay of the 24’ clear warehouse incorporates an aluminum storefront and steel canopy and access door. The interior finishes were selected by the Home Décor Center for CLCH. Construction by Donovan Brothers.
