Rudeen Business Park IV - Monroe, WA
Two buildings totaling 46,148 square feet were set on this site to take advantage of a shared truck maneuvering area. Each building is designed for multiple tenants by incorporating one aluminum storefront and one grade-access door for each structured bay. The buildings are constructed with site-cast concrete tilt-up wall panels and incorporate steel entry canopies over each tenant entry.
