Curtis Lang Custom Homes Corporate Headquarters - Maple Valley, WA

This site-cast concrete tilt-up wall panel building was constructed specifically for the Curtis Lang Custom Homes Corporate Headquarters. The facility consists of two office floors at just under 3,000 square feet and warehouse area of 12,000 square feet. The site includes adequate parking for additional office build-out in the space not used by CLCH. Each bay of the 24’ clear warehouse incorporates an aluminum storefront with steel canopy and access door. The interior finishes were selected by the Home Décor Center for CLCH. Construction by Donovan Brothers.
